seems strange typing that date.....

Here is my take on the challenge.....

I have LOTS of friends turning the BIG 5 zero...lately. I do associate with older people.... lol and this was made for a lovely friend who doesn't look her age!!
I actually cleaned my scrap room and found the delicious  EP Soda Fountain 6x6 pad and I love the yellow  stripes and dots! I was also very happy I found my middle die of my Nesties 3 labels!! I was all set to buy another packet!!!

It's like I've had a huge delivery of scrapping goodness when I have a clean up!!! I should do it more often....!!!

Thanks for popping by
and
Next
on the hop
is Linda's Blog

Enjoy xxx :)

Such wonderful papers and fab design! I seem to have so many problems finding a 'nice' yellow.. I will definitely have to check out these papers a little more closely lol!

This isn't a colour palette I would normally work with but I am definitely inspired to give the "mellow yellow" a try now!

Great card.
Your blog sounds like me - not much crafting time of late and lots of older friends turning "50" - I have 3 in the next 2 weeks! TFS

You have just made 50 even more attractive. The yellow is beautiful, and such a refreshing change from gold.

Since when is over 50 old? ;) Love the bright look of this card. You've also inspired me to go see what is under the layers in my craft room - but I might need a little lie down first 'cause apparently I'm old!! (Having a 10 yr old son keeps me feeling young - most of the time!)
