Here is my take on the challenge.
I had fun playing with the masking paper. Goodness me though, trying to get the mask nice and flat was a bit of a trial though, I got it in the end. I do really like blending and mixing the colours. After it was finished, I thought it was too clean so I used my stencil and glitter paste over the top, I love the effect. I did make another card with the star mask, I'll show that when I've finished.
anyway head on over to Ann's beautiful blog and I look forward to seeing your inspired contributions for this challenge ♥

Love those beautiful Distress Ink colours Ang.
Love the addition of the sparkly paste on top of that stunning star! Stunning Angela!
Super fun design Ange, the added paste was genius!
You're a Star! I love the take from the mood board. TFS and showing a different way to take inspiration.
Love this effect. Such a bright and happy star!
The texture paste is a great addition. Fab card.
I've made a note of the colours you used, so beautiful and vibrant together. A great idea to add the texture.
So striking! I love the glittery diamonds on top of the star!
