holidays.....I could so get used to them!

We are fast approaching the end of our school holiday :( I have come to the realization that I am a procrastinator of the first degree!!)  I have had all good intentions to complete a number of tasks and ask me how any have been done?!?!..........................NOT ONE!!!  I have 20 half finished jobs and on Sunday I will be running around like a lunatic! lol BUT I am also the eternal optimist and everything WILL fall into place! ANYWAY.... The Pink Elephant has another challenge up and this week is Pale Aqua with designer paper and a handmade emb.

all right off to complete A job! lol

first nothing and now.........2 in two days! :laugh: more LO from my Scrapfreak 30 day challenge! I laugh because it used to take me a week to do one layout! now I can (if I am in the mood!) get it done a LOT quicker!

I have scrapped this photo before! but I have been dying to use the Dear Lizzy (lookalike) ribbon.

Yay Danielle will be pleased I have made a start on my Thailand album!

better go and do some HW! :( bleh

loving school holidays!.........

I love that I can sleep in, I usually wake at the same time but I love to just lie there and listen to the radio.  Then I read the paper back to front and have my brekkie and coffee. The lazily check emails and chat on some forums and waste another hour before I decide to have a shower....all the while doing the happy dance that i don't have to make any bl**dy lunches!! (my most detested chore!!!) I gave myself the day off today seeing as the house was clean and all my other jobs could wait another day and spent the afternoon (I did waste the morning fluffing around) in my extremely messy scraproom!
My scrapfreak 30 day challenge is going well! I cannot believe I am still going. I am loving getting some Lo's done...and if I could only get started on my Thailand album, I would be extremely happy!!!

On the weekend, Christie and I went to my cousins Kitchen Tea.  I had to drag Christie along because I thought I wouldn't know anybody and she complained the whole way there.......I think she thought she could find a better way to spend the afternoon!

Having Christie there, meant I could indulge in some bubbly! and those who know me....know I DO like my champers! Well we both had so much fun and I recommend it to anyone! and they were delicious! We decorated 12 each and I am surprised that there are still a few left.

Need to work out how to get my photos on to my computer from my iphone, (do I just email them to myself?) anyway these are the ones that are left......we ate all the best ones hahahahah!

hello strangers!!

OK OK OK! had lots of people pestering (and I say that with love!) about me updating the blog! sincere apologies, but life has been very hectic and things that NEED my attention have become a priority! I have had time, however, to churn out a few LO in the wee hours! but first.... A big thank you to those who leave a comments I do appreciate and love hearing from you!
anyway..... The Pink Elephant have gone with a school theme this fortnight.  I couldn't resist scrapping Patrick in his Salesian Uniform for his first day of secondary school.

It is so good to say goodbye to Primary school! Mind you I am collecting the coles voucher things for our old school.  I reckon with the amount I spend on food a week, I could outfit the whole school with new sports equipment! lol
Still going with the Scrapfreak 30 lo challenge. I am surprising myself really! The good thing is that I can do a card as well, so the pressure isn't on for a LO everytime!

This is Lachlan and his friend Chris, they have been friends since prep at school. They were co captains this year for their football team. Both has very successful years! there is some hidden journaling on the tag, that I tucked behind the photo.

I sort of stuffed up the printing on this one..........If anyone ever wants to buy me something.....a 12x12 printer would be TOP of my list.....

I wanted it to flow along the lines of the curve...but ah well. I am really happy that I have actually documented more than the date and which child!  Gorgeous Aden, that kid is so switched on and I have no doubt he will be successful in what ever he choses to do in life! He is at the business end of his VCE and just know he will do well! xx

I have some others and as soon as I get to clean my room and FIND them I shall put them up!

The Pink Elephant scrapbooking challenges have gone bi-weekly so I have been lucky enough to join in on the card challenges! YAY! this week the challenge is BACK TO SCHOOL!

I am loving RED at the moment, it was a toss between yellow and red and RED won (went better with photo I wanted to use) This PP is gorgeous and the flowers are flocked! yummmmmm! and I have been loving butterflies, which happen to be my emb!
